Dancing with the stars

Did anyone of you watched the 2011 Dancing with the stars? I actually missed the finals which I was very disappointed about as I have never missed a single show up until then (>.<) <---sad face. I have been rooting for Manu to win it and I was not shock at all to learn that he won the finals. I mean he was good and very entertaining to watch but I think that he was a favourite amongst the judges. It was very obvious that the judges really liked him and don't get me wrong Manu is a very likable man but I can't believe that the judges can be so transparent. From the start I could tell that he was going to win it, it was written all over the judges eyes. And I think that makes it very unfair to the other contestants because they have really put a good fight. I mean Haley was amazing on the dance floor, she was definitely a much better dancer than Manu by miles. But this is a popularity contest so I guess we just have to live with that. Okay admittedly I thought Manu's freestyle was more entertaining but Haley definitely have the skills. What do you guys think?

So you think you can dance

I really do enjoy watching dancing competition. I love dancing and I love watching how good other people are at dancing. It really impresses me when I watch these talented dancers busting out their moves and secretly wishes I could ne just like them. I would actually never admit that in person :D. The only downside for me is that it seem a bit too long, the audition part should be cut short and move straight to the competition. I understand that they want us to learn a little more about each cotestants but we don't have to drag it that long after all it is a dance competition and not a drama series. I don't know, it's just how I feel about it. What about you guys, do you agree or disagree? I didn't know much about contemporary dancing until I've watched the show and it's just amazing how well choreographed their moves are. It's very enjoyable to watch.

People get into dancing for all sorts of reasons, some for personal reasons such as they just want to attract the opposite sex, some wants to do it for a living and some do it for passion. I know a lot of people who learn how to dance because there is a boy or a girl they are trying to impress, it kindda reminds me of the mating calls of the animals. Ofcourse if you're a good dancer you will be noticed on the dance floor and hopefully the person you are trying to attract was impress enough to ask you out.

Others do it for money such as professional ballet dancers, dance choreographers, ballroom dancers and the like. Then a more interesting one I have come across is Dance Escort. Basically a dance escort is someone who a skilled dancer, often a teacher, competitor, or performer, who offers their services as a hired "dance partner" for special events, parties, practice, or simply a fun evening social dancing. Isn't that amazing? I might try searching for a dance sydney escorts or a dance melbourne escorts for the next dance event I'll be going to. In fact it is a great idea for those people who loves to dance but doesn't have anyone to go with or for anyone who just wants to develop a confidence in dancing. It is definitely worth the money, I will pay for something like this for sure.

We love to dance!

Let's face it, there are more of us who love dancing than those who don't. We all have different reasons why we love dancing but we all enjoy it just the same. For me it's all about the hype, when I was in my teens I was not allowed to go to school dances so I didn't really dance much in public. Then when I went to Uni and I was old enough to go to parties I started to learn some moves from watching MTV shows. I would watch it every Sunday from start to finish and I will go back to my bedroom and practice the moves. I have to say i got very good at it and when I go to dance parties I would bust out these moves and people would always give me big compliments about them. So that's how I got started, I got the thrill by dancing. Then I discovered that the more I dance the fitter I got so I just kept going, what's better than enjoying it and at the same time getting a work-out out of it? After awhile I was creating my own moves and just letting it flow freestyle and it was so much fun.

If you ask other people why they love dancing they will willingly tell their story as I have because if they love dancing they'll love talking about it. Some people learn to dance because their parents were dancers themselves. A friend of time was very interested inbtap dancing because he watched his mother tap dance from a very young age and have really inspired him to do it as well. He got really good at it and have joined a lot of musical shows that allowed him to tap dance and he loved it. Tap dancing has become his passion and the best thing about it was that he got to do it and got paid for it too so he was very happy. Whenever he is asked about how he got started, he always thank his mother for the influence and boy! his mother could not have been more proud.
